Meet Day is an iPhone app for logging strength training, operated by Matthew Dumas ("we"). This policy explains what the app collects, why, and the control you have over it. Contact: support@lnkd.world.
What we collect

We do not collect location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers or browsing history. The app has no ads, no analytics SDKs and no tracking. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored in a database hosted by Supabase, Inc., on Amazon Web Services infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Database rules restrict every record to its owner's account. The session in progress is also kept on your iPhone until you finish or discard it. The widgets and the rest clock on the Lock Screen read a copy of your next session that stays on your iPhone.
Who can see it
Only you. We share data only with service providers that run the app for us, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Supabase: database, authentication and server functions
- Resend: sends confirmation and password reset codes to your email address
- Apple: Sign in with Apple, if you use it
We may disclose data if the law requires it.
API keys and connected tools
You can create personal API keys in Settings. Anyone holding a key can read and change your training data, so share keys only with tools you trust, such as an AI assistant you use. When you give a key to a third-party service, that service's own privacy policy applies to the data it receives. The app itself contains no AI service and sends no data to AI providers. You can revoke a key at any time in Settings. We store only a one-way hash of each key.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. To delete your account and all of its data, open Today > Settings > Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. If you used Sign in with Apple, we also revoke the app's Apple sign-in tokens. Copies may remain in our hosting provider's encrypted backups for a limited period before they are overwritten. You can also email us to request deletion or a copy of your data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Most of these you can do in the app. For anything else, email support@lnkd.world and we will respond within 30 days.
Health information
Meet Day is a training log. It does not give medical advice and is not a medical device. We do not use your training or body data for any purpose other than showing it to you.
Children
Meet Day is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app before the change applies.
